RCMP
RCMP members are covered for Massage Therapy with a doctor's referral. We are set up to bill Blue Cross directly on your behalf. Please notify us prior to booking that you will want us to bill directly.
What to Expect
The minimum treatment time for first time patients is 45 minutes. Your treatment time includes assessment, hands-on treatment, and reassessment/education.
At your first appointment, Jennifer will go through your medical history, and conduct a thorough assessment of your current condition or injury. This may take up to 15 minutes at the beginning of your visit to complete, depending on the complexity of your condition. These are necessary steps in order to determine the most effective treatment for your specific condition. There will be a short reassessment after your treatment, followed by patient education. Assessment time at subsequent visits will typically be much shorter.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
Methods of Payment Accepted
Full payment is due at time of treatment. Direct billing is only available for RCMP members, Veterans Affairs, Pacific Blue Cross, and Green Shield extended health plans at this time.
