Jennifer Clarke
Registered Massage Therapist
Jennifer graduated from the 3,000-hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2010, and received a Letter of Recognition from the College of Massage Therapists of BC for Outstanding Performance on the registration examinations. She is licensed by the College of Massage Therapists and is a current member of the Massage Therapists Association of BC.
Prior to attending the Massage Therapy Program at WCCMT, Jennifer obtained a degree in Marketing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2006. However, she had always known that she was meant to work in a field in which she could help others--she just didn't know how, until she was introduced to Registered Massage Therapy.
A motor vehicle accident in 2000 left Jennifer with chronic back pain, and a snowboarding accident in 2007 left her with chronic shoulder pain. Massage Therapy helped her become pain free, even after living with it for many years. After personally experiencing how beneficial Massage Therapy was, she decided to pursue a career in it so that she may help others do the same. Massage Therapy has since helped Jennifer through two complicated pregnancies and subsequent post-natal concerns. She and her husband now have a happy, healthy little boy and girl.
Jennifer and her family enjoy the outdoors and being active--traveling, camping, hiking, biking, swimming. In the little spare time she has to herself, she likes to read.
